How do I Cancel My Reservation ... ?

You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival date.



If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, the initial reservation deposit of

$250.00USD will not be refunded. All other monies paid will be refunded.



NO SHOW: Any no show is subject to a penalty charge equal to the full rental amount.

How Long can I stay... ?

Minimum stay 3 nights.

Cleaning fee imposed if stay is less than 5 days.

Check in time is 4pm
Check out time is 12pm

Without prior consent, early occupancy or late departure from the home will be subject to ONE EXTRA DAYS RENTAL which will be deducted from security deposit. When available, upon request, an early check in or late departure maybe be arranged when possible.


Security Deposit ... ?


If guests are paying with cash there will be a $250.00 security deposit due at time of balance due.

When sending a check security deposit and balance are taken at the same time.


If guests are paying with credit card there is authorization to charge up to $250 on the credit card on file.

Tax Rate:13.0% Cleaning:$85.00

Cleaning fee waived if stay is more than 5 days
